Individual Offices

AMP House Serviced Offices covers 3 floors of the iconic AMP House Serviced Offices, with its enviable location opposite East Croydon Train & Tram Stations with 15-minute links to central London.

Individual offices are currently available to accommodate 4 – 30 desks. Situated on floors 4, 5 and 6, there are breakout spaces, kitchens, meeting rooms offering flexible working space. Our terms include a mutual 2-month break clause giving you the flexibility to upscale and downscale as your company’s needs change and grow. Agreements include bright clean working space, business rates, building insurance, security, cleaning, maintenance, utilities, internet, showers, cycle storage, front of house service and tenant discounts at local bars and restaurants, in-house events and networking, yoga and HIIT classes.


Our Space

Superfast internet included in your rent, up to 10MB upload/download with top ups available. WIFI available in shared space and meeting rooms.


Kitchen Facilities

Shared kitchens with fridges, microwave, kettles – available on each floor.


Car Parking

Limited car parking available – talk to us about your requirements. Visitor parking available at AMP House Serviced Offices, subject to availability.


Meeting Rooms

Available to hire in advance on an hourly or daily basis, board room style with screens and flip charts provided.


Breakout Space

Shared breakout space with comfortable seating, TV, bright sunny outlook as a break from the office, for a quiet lunch or 5-minute catchup with a team member.


Networking

Join us for networking events on our 11th floor, Financial Clinics, HR Advice, Business Support. Networking breakfasts to meet your neighbours and discuss reciprocal services to share ideas, trade and offer SME support.


Security

The building is open 365 days, with 24-hour access. Security staff are on site 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.


Business Centre Management Team

Dedicated team managing the lettings, maintenance and running of the business centre signposting professional business support and funding, creating contacts with local networking groups and business opportunities, and hosting lively tenant events. Weekly newsletter and monthly tenant incentives with local discounts and in house yoga, fitness classes, dry cleaning, and seasonal parties.
